Hi Everyone! I hope you are doing well. I want to let you in on a little secret..... I'm moving to a new self hosted site very soon. So stay tuned for the new look! Don't worry, all the great ideas from MyCraftyHabit will be there too.
But while I've been working on getting this great new site ready for you, I had to take a breather and got inspired by this weeks Pals Paper Arts Challenge. These great sketches really help when your brain is fried, but you still need a creativity fix!

I used a Whisper White base, then used two of the Seasons of Style sheets for the layers. I punched out a little Cherry Cobbler card stock with my Modern Label punch and stamped "Merry Christmas" (Teeny TIny Wishes) in Gumball Green which fit perfectly in my Word Window punch. Yes, there's a little contraband with the silver ribbon, but I've used up my 1/8" Silver Ribbon....I use it A LOT!
Thanks for stopping in, and don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss our amazing website switch!

Simplistic Birthday
Isn't it great when you know you can whip something up when a friend's birthday just sneaks up on you?
Today's card took me maybe 5 minutes to make, 10 if you count my mental "design time"
A little bit of Baked Brown Sugar and Midnight muse, a few flowers and a GREAT birthday stamp and I was done!
What's your "go to" for last minute gifts and cards? Do you make them yourself, or run to the store?

Unconventional newlywed card
Today I want to share with you a "different" wedding card. A friend of mine just got married last weekend to a Soldier in the Army. And to match his uniform, their colors were red, yellow and blue.
Summer Starfruit became a perfect base in it's golden tones (I really hope it gets pulled into the Regals Collection next year!) Midnight Muse added a fun ribbon and the swirl that frames the "For the Newlyweds" sentiment. Add the Raspberry Ripple embossed with the Stylish Stripes embossing folder and my trusty Big Shot, and it's all done!
Using Stampin' Up! products is a great way to make truly personalized cards and gifts!
